You have worked super hard on your Childbirth Education Program. You know the ins and outs of everything from finding a supportive health care provider, to stages and phase of labour, to feeding from the body and everything in between! You have all the knowledge, now you just need the tools to put together a kick ass class, that’s where we come in!
Join the bebo mia team, Kaytee Crawford (aka Doula Kaytee) and Hillary Melchiors from The Birth Geeks as we walk through the ins and outs of teaching adults! We know first hand that when folks are touched, moved and inspired when they are learning that they are more likely to pay attention, retain information and use the tools and resources you provide them with!
We have created this workshop to teach you just that!

Owner of Doula Kaytee, Doula, Childbirth Educator, Babywearing Expert
Kaytee Crawford supports families in pregnancy, birth, and postpartum as a childbirth educator, birth and postpartum doula, and babywearing educator. She uses her training, combined with a wealth of experience parenting four boys, to create personalized care as well as fun, insightful social media content.
Kaytee is passionate about sharing her experiences in pregnancy and as a Black woman and a person living in a larger body in order to create safer, trauma-free experiences for others.
Hillary Melchiors
Co-founder of The Birth Geeks, Podcaster + Entrepreneur
Hillary Melchiors PhD, MPH, LCCE, CD(DONA) is a medical anthropologist, childbirth educator, birth doula, and writer in Evansville, Indiana. She received her PhD in Medical Anthropology and Masters in Public Health from Case Western Reserve University, and has practiced as a birth doula since 2014 when she founded the Doula Group of Evansville. She has served as a leader of the Evansville Birth Network and member of the Southwest Indiana Breastfeeding Coalition, as well as serving on the DONA advocacy committee. In addition to teaching childbirth education to hundreds of expecting families, she has also taught at three different universities.
